The 6th Badminton EC will be held in Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria from the 21st till the 28th of August 2010.

Sports Venue               SOFIA Sports Hall

The Sofia Sports Hall is situated in a park near the center of Sofia. The venue has 520 seats and "Teraflex - Touknoi" floor. The Hall hosts the Badminton World Academy every year and is used for the European Championships organized and hosted by the Badminton Federation.

Some of you may recall that the Women Futsal matches were played in Sofia Sports Hall during the 2nd World Deaf Futsal Championships in 2007.

For the convenience of all athletes BDSF made its decision in favor of a hotel near the sports hall. All participants in the 6th European Deaf Badminton Championship will be accommodated at the PARK HOTEL MOSKVA ***. The hotel is located in a beautiful park area called Borisova Gradina, at a distance of 250 - 300 m from Sofia Sports Hall.

BDSF will ensure transport from the Airport to the hotel and back, upon arrival and departure.
